Paul Fischbein new CEO of RevolutionRace

The Board of Directors of RVRC Holding AB (publ) (“RevolutionRace”) have today appointed Paul Fischbein as permanent CEO of the company. Paul Fischbein is currently acting CEO of RevolutionRace and assumes his permanent position immediately.

Paul Fischbein has extensive experience of CEO work and work on boards, both as chairman and member. For over 20 years, he has worked with consumer products and e-commerce. Paul assumed the role as chairman of RevolutionRace in January 2021 and became interim CEO in August 2022.

“We have conducted a comprehensive review of CEO candidates in both Sweden and abroad. Many exciting names were interested, but during the process we have realized that we already have the right person in place in Paul – he is very competent and experienced. Paul has broad competence in e-commerce, understands consumers and the online business, and has the international experience that the role requires. In addition, since becoming chairman of the board he has gotten to know the company inside and out. I, and a unanimous board, are therefore very happy that Paul agreed to become CEO of RevolutionRace”, says Andreas Källström Säfweräng, Chairman of the Board of RevolutionRace.

With Paul Fischbein taking over as CEO of RevolutionRace, he will leave the board of the company in connection with the upcoming annual general meeting.
