Other information: The distribution is contingent upon the approval of the
ordinary general meeting of the Company expected to be held on 21 May 2025. The
meeting must approve the board of directors' proposal for (i) a distribution
amount of NOK 2.2 per share, and (ii) annual financial statements of the Company
for 2024. Additionally, the annual financial statements of the Company for 2024
must be registered in the Norwegian Register of Company Accounts.
