Børs Ticker: PEXIP), today presented its quarterly results for the first quarter
of 2025. Key highlights for the quarter include:
- Q1 2025 revenue of NOK 348 million, up 19%y-o-y.
- Pexip's subscription base measured in ARR was USD 115.5 million at the end of
Q1 2025, up 10% y-o-y.
- EBITDA excluding other gains and losses amounted to NOK 112.5 million, up from
NOK 64.4 million in the same quarter last year.
- Free cash flow of NOK 220.9 million in the quarter, up from NOK 100.5 million
in Q1 2024, with a cash and money market fund position of NOK 830.5 million and
no material interest-bearing debt exiting Q1 2025.
- Announced new product for Google Meet Hardware interop, broadening Pexip's
Connected Spaces offering
- Announcing share buyback of up to 2 million shares or up to NOK 100 million.
- Outlook for Q2 2025 of USD 117-120 million.
