<div class="mfn-body"><p><strong>Tønsberg, 7 November 2025</strong> - poLight ASA (OSE: PLT) (the "Company") has a general share option scheme, whereby share options in the Company are granted to all employees.</p><p>The Company has received notices of exercise of 151,354 share options that hold an exercise price of NOK 3.20 per option, 31,249 share options that hold an exercise price of NOK 3.95 per option and 16,666 share options that hold an exercise price of NOK 4.33 per option.</p><p>The Board of Directors has today resolved a share capital increase of NOK 7,970.76 through issuance of 199,269 new shares in order to satisfy the Company's obligation to deliver shares following exercise of share options.
