Bergen, Norway, 15 May 2023, Reference is made to the stock exchange notice
published by Proximar Seafood AS (the "Company") on 28 April 2023, regarding the
private placement to raise gross proceeds of NOK 50 - NOK 75 million, consisting
of two tranches.
The share capital increase resulting from the second tranche have now been
registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises. Following the
registration, the CompanyŽs share capital is NOK 5,505,278 divided into
55,052,780 shares each with a nominal share value of NOK 0.1.
