<div class="abstract">Talkpool has been asked to delay the publishing of its Annual Report. The auditors need approximately 30 additional days to scrutinize the 2024 financial results.</div>Talkpool&nbsp;hereby&nbsp;postpones&nbsp;the publication of the company's annual report for the financial year to&nbsp;Friday the 30th&nbsp;of May 2025.The delay is mainly of administrative nature. No substantial differences are expected compared to the interim consolidated report published on the 14th&nbsp;of March 2025. Further information regarding the Annual Report and invitation to the Annual Shareholders Meeting will be published in May 2025.The work volume and scope of Talkpool's audit has decreased compared to previous years. This allows for improving quality of the report and the underlying documentation.<div>This disclosure contains information that TalkPool AG is obliged to make public pursuant to the EU Market Abuse Regulation (EU nr 596/2014).
