Market Act regarding a change in its shareholding. Silchester International
Investors LLP ("Silchester") has announced that the holding of Silchester
International Investors International Value Equity Trust has increased to
5937483 shares, representing 5.01% of the total number of shares.
Silchester acts as investment manager for certain commingled funds ("Clients")
and the Silchester International Investors International Value Equity Trust is
one of these clients. In acting for its Clients, Silchester is given full
discretion over their investments and is empowered to vote on their behalf.
The aggregated holding of Silchester, including the above mentioned holding in
Tietoevry, has increased to 10.61%.
