<div class="mfn-header mfn-header-denmark">Company Announcement no. 23/2025 (June 23, 2025)</div><div class="mfn-body">The Board and Management of Trophy Games have decided to pause the share buyback program, which was initiated on April 10, 2025, for a minimum of two months.Trophy Games currently holds a total of 751,502 of its own shares, corresponding to 2.72% of the company’s total shares, acquired at an average price of DKK 4.5.As we prepare to scale up Truck Manager and Farm Manager, we want to ensure we have the necessary liquidity to support larger marketing campaigns - should we identify profitable opportunities. To illustrate the potential liquidity strain of an increased marketing initiative:If, hypothetically, we were to extend our period where we recoup our marketing costs from the current 6 months to the industry average of 12 months, and simultaneously experience a 1.5-month delay in receiving user payments, then a monthly marketing spend increase of DKK 1 million could impact our liquidity by up to DKK 5-6 million.We will provide an update on the scaling progress of Truck Manager, Farm Manager, and the status of the Share Buyback Program during our Investor Day on August 26, from 16:00 to 19:00, at our offices in Copenhagen.
