Nasdaq OMX Copenhagen A/S Charlottenlund, August 14, 2024 Announcement no. 261 Value adjustment of properties The company's board of directors has assessed the German real estate portfolio of the German High Street Properties group at EUR 89.5 million as of June 30, 2024, resulting in a negative value adjustment of EUR 1,5 million in the 2nd quarter 2024 compared to the most recent property value as of December 31, 2023. The total negative value adjustment in the financial report for the period January 1, to June 30, 2024, is thus EUR 1.5 million.
