Sandnes, Norway, 24 April 2025: As part of Vår Energi ASA's (OSE: VAR) long-term incentive (LTI) program for executive committee, a total number of 633 201&nbsp;shares at an average price of 29.9219&nbsp;NOK per share have been allocated. Under the program, the executive committee can be awarded between 12.5% to 45% of their base salary in restricted shares. The CEO can be awarded between 50% to 150% of his base salary.
