<div class="mfn-preamble"><p><strong>Vitec Software Group AB (publ) strengthens its position in Vertical Market Software and the vertical Travel and Hospitality by acquiring all shares in the Swedish software company DL Systems AB on May 15th. The company had sales of MSEK 8 in the split financial year 2022.</strong></p></div><div class="mfn-body"><p>The software company DL Systems AB develops and delivers a complete booking system for the hospitality sector. The customers are mainly Swedish camping and cabin rental facilities. The system has well developed functionality for online booking and self-service for guests. Furthermore it provides support for invoicing, Point-of-Sale and administration, as well as API:s to the leading booking engines and entrance systems.</p><p>Payment is made in cash and consolidation will commence as of the acquisition date.</p><p>– DL Systems AB is a nice bolt-on acquisition that fits well into our vertical Travel and Hospitality. With its software it matches the needs we see in the future in the niche. DL Systems AB is a profitable and well-managed small company that is similar to us in terms of corporate culture.
