<div class="abstract">In December 2023, online auction company Klaravik is moving its development operations in Lund to the Posthornet 1 property next to Lund Central Station under a three-year lease.</div>Klaravik comprises a machinery, tools and vehicle marketplace that helps companies and consumers to recycle online via www.klaravik.se. In Sweden, Klaravik has more than 170 employees in total, about 30 of which work at Klaravik Tech's offices in Lund - the team that will become a tenant at Posthornet 1.The company has posted robust growth since its formation in 2011 in Karlstad, Sweden. In 2022, Klaravik joined the Dutch auction group TBAuctions, one of Europe's largest online auction platforms.Klaravik is leasing 550 square metres at Posthornet 1. The property is adjacent to Lund Central Station and neighbours the Kristallen municipal building, with public transport and services literally around the corner. The second phase (9,000 m²) of additional modern office space is currently in progress at the Posthornet 1 development. The phase will be completed toward the end of 2025."This will be perfect!
