Company announcement no. 8/2024 11 July 2024This announcement contains inside information&nbsp;Wirtek has acquired the assets from Seluxit A/S, a Danish IoT company that filed for bankruptcy on 26 June 2024.Wirtek is focused on growing our business within clean energy, and Wirtek's Energy business unit grew revenue by 82% in Q1 2024 compared to Q1 2023. As part of this asset acquisition, Wirtek gains ownership of Seluxit's stable, scalable and secure IoT platform and EMS solution.
