TAALHYA
A long-duration bond fund that invests primarily in high-yield fixed-income instruments issued by Nordic banks and companies. A company in need of financing can borrow money from a bank or issue a bond on the financial markets. Corporate bonds are divided into investment grade and high-yield bonds. High-yield bonds are associated with greater uncertainty regarding the issuer’s ability to repay its debt compared to investment grade bonds. Consequently, high-yield bonds offer higher return potential but also carry greater risk than bonds issued by governments or companies with higher credit ratings. Fixed-income funds primarily invest in bonds issued by companies or public-sector entities, depending on the fund. The returns of a fixed-income fund consist of the interest paid on its underlying bonds and changes in the market value of those bonds. When general interest rates rise, bond prices fall, and when interest rates decline, bond prices rise. Investors in bonds bear the risk of the issuer’s ability to meet its payment obligations. Fixed-income funds typically exhibit lower volatility than equity funds. This fund is a product that promotes environmental and social characteristics. The fund takes sustainability risks and factors into account in its investment decision-making process. Further information on how sustainability risks and factors are identified and considered in investment decisions, as well as our responsible investment principles, can be found in the fund prospectus.
