Constis Q3-resultat var lägre än våra estimat, då utmaningarna i företagets tjänsteverksamhet försvagade resultatet ännu mer än förväntat. Enligt vår ståndpunkt gör en tydligare resultatförbättring och realiseringen av aktiens potential det nödvändigt att marknadsläget vänder till det bättre. Vi väntar oss en relativt stabil utveckling från Consti under innevarande år, vilket även bolagets guidning indikerar. När marknaden återhämtar sig skapar Constis orderstock, starka balansräkning och goda marknadsposition dock bra förutsättningar för att eftersträva tillväxt under de närmaste åren. Consti Q2'25 -snabbkommentar: Omsättningen vände till tillväxt medan vinsten motsvarade våra förväntningar

Constis omsättning vände uppåt under Q2, driven av affärsområdet Bostadsbolag, och överträffade även våra estimat. Den svagare projektfördelningen och den hårda konkurrensen försämrade dock bolagets marginal som väntat. Även om marknadsläget fortfarande är utmanande har Constis orderstock ändå hållits på en måttlig nivå. Vidare skapar bolagets starka balansräkning och goda marknadsposition goda förutsättningar för att sträva efter tillväxt när marknaden återhämtar sig.
