robust support for the game with a focus on competitive visibility, community
engagement, and new content updates.

competitive fighting game fans while supporting awareness, discovery, and player
acquisition.

given players more reasons to return, interact with one another, and look ahead
to future Invincible VS content.

Invincible VS, including the upcoming release of Season 2 next month. 

Co-financed by 5th Planet Games and developed and published by Skybound
Entertainment, Invincible VS released worldwide for Xbox Series X|S, PlayStation
5 and PC on April 30, 2026, including console physical editions co-distributed
by 5th Planet Games. In partnership with Skybound, 5th Planet Games today
updates shareholders on post-launch activity intended to support the title's
commercial longevity.

In recent weeks Invincible VS has remained active across the fighting game
community (FGC), an important channel for sustaining and building the game's
player base. Invincible VS appeared as a competitive title at one of the largest
fighting game events in Europe this past weekend, Ultimate Fighting Arena in
France. This followed a robust schedule of August competitions, including CEO
2026, ParagonFGC weekly tournaments, and several local competitions across North
America such as Umad 2026 in Canada, as well as 404 eSports, Red Dirt Rumble,
Snadia Showdown, and Aurafighterz in the United States. 

Momentum continued into September with Invincible VS included as part of the
TRETA Championship in Brazil, which featured a massive prize pool of $5,000,000
across competing titles. Additional events are planned in Belgium, Estonia,
France, and U.S. locations including Florida, Texas, and New York City over the
coming weeks. This includes Evo France in October, where attendees will have the
first opportunity to play as Angstrom Levy, the next DLC fighter joining the
game's line-up with the launch of Season 2.  

In addition, online community engagement remains an important part of Skybound's
support for Invincible VS, with numerous activities offering the community
reasons to return to the game and engage with fellow players. In August, the
Invincible VS Overkill Challenge attracted players to work together to reach
100,000 "overkills" and unlock a new digital skin for the in-game fighter
Powerplex. Skybound also aired a 3D sculpt livestream of the fighter Thragg
across Twitch and YouTube, viewed by thousands and further building player
anticipation for future content.

The Skybound team continues to refine the player experience as well, recently
launching a new patch on September 8 that added fighter balance improvements and
other changes. The Season 2 update is planned for an October release, with
Season 3 scheduled for this Winter. Each new patch and Season enhances the game,
helping engage and retain existing players while seeking to attract new players
as well.

the Benelux region in association with BIGBEN Interactive Belgium S.A.

Invincible VS Overview  
Invincible VS features beloved characters, iconic locations, and devastating
combos in a tournament-caliber 3v3 tag-team fighting experience. The game is
based on Skybound Entertainment's acclaimed comic series by Robert Kirkman, Cory
Walker and Ryan Ottley, which has sold more than 5 million books since its debut
in 2003. Skybound's Invincible animated series, which launched in 2021 on Prime
Video, has been the #1 series on the platform at multiple points across its
first four seasons. Season 4 debuted in March to a third consecutive 100% score
on Rotten Tomatoes and became the most-watched season of the series to date. The
critically acclaimed series streams in more than 240 countries and territories.
Season 5 is currently in production for release next year, with an early renewal
for Season 6 also recently confirmed.
