("Staka").Staka designs, manufactures, and sells customized outdoor enclosures primarily to European installation and OEM customers across sectors such as energy, infrastructure and water management. The company is headquartered in Oosterhout, Netherlands, employs 60 people, and has an annual turnover of approximately 15 million EUR.Staka complements and strengthens our existing business with focus on reliable installations within the business unit System Security.Closing will take place today.
