<div class="mfn-body"><p>Reference is made to the Extraordinary General Meeting in Aqua Bio Technology ASA ("ABTEC" or the "Company") on 16 February 2026 regarding the share capital increase in connection with the reverse share split (50:1). The Company’s share capital shall be increased by NOK 3.30 through the issuance of 33 new shares, each with a par value of NOK 0.10, to facilitate the reverse share split. Kristian Flaten, CEO and CFO of Aqua Bio Technology ASA, has subscribed for and been allocated 33 new shares at a price of NOK 0.25 per share. Following this transaction, Flaten holds 33 shares in ABTEC.
