The Management Board of Arctic Paper S.A. (the "Company", "Issuer") hereby informs that during the works on preparation of the 2025 Sustainability Report, an issue of incorrect reporting of wastewater discharges for the previous reporting period was identified. The error resulted from an incorrect reference to a formula in an Excel file. In the line item reported for the subsidiary Arctic Paper Kostrzyn, instead of the "Discharge of treated wastewater to a river" value, last year's data referred to the "Sludge from the wastewater treatment plant" value. As a result, the wastewater discharge at the Kostrzyn mill was incorrectly reported. The detected error difference is approximately 2.7 million m³, representing a 12% change compared to the value reported last year. The total wastewater discharge reported for the 2024 financial year was approximately 20.4 million m³, while the corrected value is approximately 23.1 million m³.<h2>Specific legal basis: </h2>§16 section 6 of the Polish Minister of Finance Regulation of 6 June 2025 on current and periodic information provided by the securities issuers and conditions on which information required under law applicable in a state not being a member state may be recognised as equivalent.<div></div>
