Oslo, 23 March 2026 - Arribatec Group ASA ("Company") today announced that its
Group Chief Financial Officer, Magnus Hofshagen, will be stepping down from his
role effective 31 March 2026. Mr. Hofshagen has accepted the position as Chief
Operating Officer at Noventiq, an international IT services and solutions
company.

our CFO, he played a central role in strengthening our financial reporting,
driving the company's turnaround, and building a capable finance function. We

Magnus Hofshagen.
The Company has appointed Bent Hammer as its new Group CFO, effective no later
than 1 July 2026. Mr. Hammer brings over 25 years of senior finance leadership
experience from the IT and consulting sectors. He joins from Itera ASA, a listed
Nordic IT and consultancy company with operations across eight countries, where
he has served as Group CFO since 2015. Prior to Itera, Mr. Hammer held the CFO
position at Capgemini Norge AS and has extensive experience in M&A, digital
transformation, investor relations, and scaling finance functions in listed,
growth-oriented companies. He holds an MBA from the McCombs School of Business,
University of Texas at Austin.
