For Q4 2025, the Group achieved revenues of NOK 152,5 million, representing a 13,7% year over year increase. EBITA reached NOK 14.4m, corresponding to a 9,4% margin, and a NOK 30,2 million EBITA improvement year-over-year. In a separate announcement published yesterday, the Board of Directors has proposed a cash dividend of NOK 1.00 per share for the financial year 2025, corresponding to a total distribution of approximately NOK 69 million, subject to approval at the Annual General Meeting on 27 May 2026.
