Please see below information about transactions made under the share buyback
program for Atea ASA.
Date on which the buyback program was announced: 18 August 2025.
The duration of the buyback program: 18 August 2025 to 30 April 2026, or until
the maximum number of shares has been repurchased.
Size of the buyback program: Up to 800,000 shares.
From 30 March 2026 until 9 April 2026, Atea ASA has purchased a total of 25,909
own shares at the Oslo Stock Exchange at an average price of NOK 141.05 per
share. Atea ASA has now repurchased the maximum number of shares approved under
the share buyback program announced on 18 August 2025. The share buyback program
is complete. Following the above transactions, Atea ASA has a total of 1,086,883
own shares, corresponding to 0.97% of Atea ASA's share capital.
This is information that Atea ASA is obliged to make public pursuant to the EU

Section 5-12 the Norwegian Securities Trading Act.
