SynAct Pharma has secured a strategic financing facility of up to SEK 100 million and resolved on an initial drawdown of SEK 50 million in the form of convertible loans. The capital is intended to support the company’s ongoing partnering discussions and to fund preparations for Phase III development. BioStock reached out to CEO Jeppe Øvlesen for a comment.
