CapMan Plc's financial reporting and Annual General Meeting in 2027
CapMan Group will publish its Financial Statements Bulletin for 2026 on Thursday, 11 February 2027. The 2026 Annual Report, including the Financial Statements and the Report of the Board of Directors, will be published in March 2027 in week 9.
The Annual General Meeting of Shareholders will be held on Tuesday, 23 March 2027, at 1:00 p.m. EET in Helsinki.
In addition to the Financial Statements Bulletin, CapMan Group will publish three financial reports in 2027 as follows:
