The number of votes in Vimian Group AB (publ) (“Vimian”) changed during August as a result of the conversion of C shares into ordinary shares in accordance with a conversion provision in the articles of association. Through the conversion of a total of 166,405 C shares into an equal number of ordinary shares, the number of votes has increased by 149,764.5.
Today, the last trading day of the month, there are a total of 533,065,851 shares in Vimian. 527,306,168 shares are ordinary shares with one vote per share. 772,200 shares are C shares, 3,206,706 shares are D shares, 276,290 shares are E1 2025 shares, 276,297 shares are E2 2025 shares, 276,300 shares are E3 2025 shares, 475,945 shares are E1 2026 shares and 475,945 shares are E2 2026 shares, each with one-tenth of a vote per share. The total number of votes in Vimian is 527,882,136.3.
