<div class="abstract">Pursuant to section 4.7 of the Spotlight Stock Market regulations, we have been requested to provide a clarification regarding the wording in the auditor's report under the heading "Material uncertainty regarding the going concern assumption," as included in the published Annual Report for the financial year 2024.</div>From the Auditor's Report (translated from Swedish):"Material uncertainty regarding the going concern assumption Without modifying our opinions stated above, we wish to draw attention to the directors' report in the annual report, which highlights the existence of material uncertainties that may cast significant doubt on the company's ability to continue as a going concern. These uncertainties include negative equity at the group level, weak liquidity ratios, and a lack of available cash. As stated in the directors' report, the company is carrying out a new share issue during 2025, which is expected to improve the company's ability to continue its operations.
