20 March 2025: Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement made by
Endúr ASA ("Endúr") on 18 March 2025 regarding the successful completion of the
acquisitions of 100% of the shares in Total Betong AS, Igang Totalentreprenør
AS, and Habto Holding AS, including HAB Construction AS and ProPoint Survey AS
(jointly, the "Acquisitions"), including the resolution by the board of
directors to increase Endúr's share capital by the issuance of 7,333,333 shares
(the "Share Capital Increase"). Further reference is made to the stock exchange
announcement earlier today concerning the registration of the Share Capital
Increase.
Tigerstaden AS and its affiliated parties hold a consolidated amount of
2,265,000 shares in Endúr, which represented approximately 5.30% of the issued
shares and voting rights prior to the registration of the Share Capital
Increase.
Following registration of the Share Capital Increase, Tigerstaden AS' relative
consolidated holding has decreased to approximately 4.50%, thereby falling below
the 5% threshold pursuant to section 4-2 of the Norwegian Securities Trading
Act.
Tigerstaden AS' consolidated position in Endúr is held by the following legal

- Tigerstaden AS
- Tigergutt Invest AS
- Leoville AS
- Tigerstate Capital AS
- Boolean AS
- Alundo Invest AS
All companies listed above are controlled by Tigerstaden AS, which is ultimately
controlled by Ketil Skorstad. Tigerstaden AS and its affiliated parties do not
have any additional rights to shares or votes in Endúr.
