12.6.2025 11:59:59 CEST | Føroya Banki | Company AnnouncementCompany announcement no. 8/2025Referring to company announcement no. 7/2025 regarding issuance of Senior Non-preferred bonds amounting to DKK 200m. (ISIN: DK0030551676), Føroya Banki hereby announces that the Bank has made an agreement on enhancement of the mentioned issuance by&nbsp;DKK 50m. to DKK 250m.The enhancement is caused by a higher investor related interest of the issuance than expected. &nbsp;As announced the bonds have a maturity of 6.5 years with the option to call after 4 years, subject to approval by the Danish Financial Supervisory Authority (Finanstilsynet).The bonds are priced at CIBOR6 (six months) with an additional margin of 2.35%. The issue will be settled with value date on 18. June 2025. Nykredit Bank A/S has acted structuring advisor and lead manager of the issuance.As mentioned in company announcement no. 7/2025 Føroya Banki simultaneously with this issuance will repurchase Senior Non-preferred bonds amounting to DKK 150m.&nbsp;(ISIN: DK0030490271).The mentioned transactions are part of the ongoing process to optimise the Bank’s capital structure.Further information:Arnhold Olsen, CFO: tel: (+298) 230 475
