| The reporting results from transactions carried out by Holberg Kreditt Fokus, Kistefos AS and Kistefos Investment AS. Following the transactions, Holberg Kreditt Fokus will own 160,911 shares in Intrum but holds 8,469 shares in Intrum as of the notification date, Kistefos AS has economic exposure through futures corresponding to 167,482,046 shares in Intrum and Kistefos Investment AS has economic exposure through futures corresponding to 61,220,000 shares in Intrum. The disclosure is made based on the total number of shares and votes in Intrum following the rights issue and the two directed share issues.
