4.6.2025 13:43:27 CEST | Føroya Banki | Company AnnouncementCompany announcement no. 7/2025Føroya Banki has made an agreement on issuance of Senior Non-preferred bonds amounting to DKK 200m (ISIN: DK0030551676). The bonds have a maturity of 6.5 years with the option to call after 4 years, subject to approval by the Danish Financial Supervisory Authority (Finanstilsynet).The bonds are priced at CIBOR6 (six months) with an additional margin of 2.35%. The issue will be settled with value date on 18 June 2025. Nykredit Bank A/S has acted structuring advisor and lead manager of the issuance.Based on an approval by the Danish Financial Supervisory Authority (Finanstilsynet), Føroya Banki simultaneously with this issuance, has decided to repurchase Senior Non-preferred bonds amounting to DKK 150m (ISIN: DK0030490271). These bonds are issued with value date on 18 June 2021 and have a maturity of 5 years with the option to call after 4 years.
