During the second quarter 2026, Genova has completed new lettings and renegotiations of lease agreements corresponding to an annual rental value of SEK 40 million. SEK 13 million relates to new lettings with a lettable area of approximately 7,400 sqm, which strengthens the company's long-term earnings and occupancy rate.
The lettings comprise a total of approximately 21,000 sqm and relate to properties in Lund, Nacka, Värmdö, Täby and Enköping. The facilities include businesses operating within sectors such as healthcare, industry, sports and offices with a mix of public and private tenants. The leasing efforts mean that the property Hunnerup 1 in Lund, one of Genova's largest investment properties of approximately 20,000 sqm, will become fully let. When all new lease agreements commence during 2026 the company's occupancy rate is expected to increase by approximately 3 percentage points. The average remaining lease term for the lease agreements amounts to 5 years.
