Bodø, 27 February 2026: Reference is made to the stock exchange notice by
Gigante Salmon AS (the "Company") published on 25 February 2026 regarding the
completion of the extraordinary general meeting and the resolution to increase
the share capital of the Company.
The share capital increase is now registered with the Norwegian Register of
Business Enterprises. Following this, the Company's registered share capital is
NOK 219,263,594 divided into 219,263,594 shares, each with a nominal value of
NOK 1 and carrying one vote in the Company's general meeting.
