Störst andel av förnödenheterna består av marina metaller & mineraler. Verksamhet återfinns inom Norge, där bolaget förfogar över egna produktionsanläggningar. <p class="prs-announcement__byline">23.12.2025 08:23:43 CET | Green Minerals AS | Additional regulated information required to be disclosed under the laws of a member state</p><p>The Board of Directors has resolved to grant 350,000 warrants to Mr. Ståle Monstad, incoming CEO as of 1 January 2026. The exercise price is set at NOK 2 per share. The program vests over a period of three years from the grant date. Following this award, Mr. Monstad holds 15,870 shares and 600,000 options in the Company.&nbsp;</p><p>Following the departure of Mr. Øivind Dahl-Stamnes as CEO and Board Member on the same date, 609,700 of Mr. Dahl-Stamnes’s options lapse and expire.
