31 March 2026: &nbsp;Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement from 29 June 2023 where a Total Return Swap ("TRS") agreement with the Company's Nordic banking partners was described. As announced 13 March 2025, the agreement was extended until 31 March 2026. The TRS agreement has today reached its conclusion and will not be further extended. Hexagon Composites' ownership and voting rights of Hexagon Purus remain unchanged at 148,214,226 shares, equivalent to 34.6% of total number of Hexagon Purus shares, and with no further financial exposure.
