Hexatronic completes acquisition of Superior Fiber & Data Services
Hexatronic Group AB (publ.) has completed the acquisition of Superior Fiber & Data Services, Inc. (“Superior”), a leading US-based data installation and service partner in Texas. The acquisition of Superior was announced by Hexatronic on May 6, 2026.
With the completion of the acquisition, Hexatronic’s Data Center business area gains exposure to new end markets with high requirements such as education, healthcare and government, as well as an increased presence within the commercial customer segment. These customer segments are served with similar infrastructure solutions and a service delivery model that Hexatronic applies in cloud data centers. Superior has long-standing relationships with its key customers, many of which have been served for 5 years or more.
The acquisition of Superior has now been closed, and Superior is now consolidated into the Hexatronic Data Center business area.
The acquisition was financed with proceeds from the announced directed share issuance earlier in May 2026.
Hexatronic assesses that the acquisition will not have a material impact on its earnings.
