Atte har gjort en ny bolagsrapport om Honkarakenne.  *Honkarakennes innevarande år kommer att vara svagt resultatmässigt på grund av den rådande marknadssituationen. Inte heller utsikterna på kort sikt tyder på en förbättring av situationen, vilket har lett till att vi har reviderat våra prognoser för 2026 nedåt. I våra prognoser stärks dock bolagets lönsamhet under de kommande åren tack vare en växande exportandel och de effektiviseringsåtgärder som genomförs. En förbättrad resultatutveckling normaliserar värderingen till en mer neutral nivå senast 2027. Vi upprepar vår riktkurs

HONKARAKENNE OYJ Stock Exchange Release Inside information 13 November 2025 at 19:00Inside information: HONKARAKENNE INITIATES CHANGE NEGOTIATIONS AS PART OF THE COMPANY’S PROFITABILITY PROGRAMHonkarakenne Oyj initiates change negotiations in accordance with the Finnish Act on Co-operation within Undertakings. The negotiations are based on financial and production-related grounds as well as the need to reorganize operations. The primary objective is to enhance the company’s profitability and competitiveness by streamlining processes and clarifying the organizational structure.As part of the planned restructuring, Honkarakenne is also evaluating potential technology partnerships to improve operational efficiency and strengthen its ability to meet future development challenges.The negotiations will involve all personnel, excluding members of the Executive Group and employer representatives participating in the process.The negotiations will begin on 19 November 2025 and are expected to conclude during December. Outcomes may include redundancies, temporary layoffs, part-time employment, or changes to essential terms of employment.The estimated total reduction need corresponds to 19 person-years. Any decisions resulting from the negotiations are expected to be implemented by 31 May 2026 at the latest.The ongoing profitability program aims to achieve savings of at least EUR 2.5 million, of which personnel-related costs are estimated to account for approximately EUR 1.3 million.If implemented, the restructuring plans may result in adjustment items being recorded in the income statement.
