Kaupan hinta on noin 822 miljoonaa NOK ja kyseisellä firmalla liikevaihtoa DKK 1,000 miljoonaa sekä EBIT DKK 66 million. In absolute numbers, the order backlog grew the most within Electrification and Defense/Aerospace, while the percentage growth was particularly strong within Connectivity.” Tilauksia olisi vaikka kuinka (38% enemmän verrattuna edelliseen vuoteen) , mutta raaka-aine ja komponentti pula nakertaa tahtia. Toiveissa on, että tilanne helpottaa ensi vuonna. Viime ajat itse seuraillut yritystä ilman osakkeita, koska oli tiedossa mahdolliset ongelmat raaka-aineiden ja komponenttien osalta.

Valtuutus suunnattuun antiin mahdollisen yrityskaupan yhteydessä? Taisi näilläkin kuulua strategiaan myös epäorgaaninen kasvu.

Dipin syyksi epäilen yrityksen mahdollisuutta tehdä osakeanti,jonka arvo olisi enimmillään 1,79 miljoonaa NOK. Nykyisellä kurssilla se tarkoittaisi noin 90000 kpl uusia osakkeita. Edit. Näkymät tälle vuodelle pysyy muuttumattomana eli liikevaihto 3900-4200 miljoonan NOK ja EBIT 6,8-7,4%. Ihan hyvälle kuulostaa omaan korvaan ja ei tullut mitään yllätyksiä. Myös Kitronia vaivaa raaka-aine pula, mutta ilmeisesti ei vaikuta suuremmin tuotantoon. Edit. Uskoisin markkinoiden reagoivan tulokseen neutraalisti tai hieman negatiivisesti, koska ei tullut mitään järisyttävää tulosta.
