Koskisen Corporation’s Annual Report 2022 is published

Koskisen Corporation’s Annual Report 2022 has been published. The Annual Report includes Report of the Board of Directors, Financial Statements 2022, Corporate Governance Statement, Remuneration Report and Sustainability Report.

The Financial Statements are published in accordance with European Single Electronic Format (ESEF) reporting requirements. The Financial Review is available separately in XHTML format. In line with the ESEF requirements, the primary statements and notes of the consolidated financial statements have been labelled with XBRL tags. The XHTML file and the XBRL tags included in it have been reviewed by the auditor. Authorized Public Accountant PricewaterhouseCoopers has provided an independent auditor’s reasonable assurance report on Koskisen’s ESEF Financial Statements in accordance with International Standard on Assurance Engagements ISAE 3000.
