Oslo, 29. april 2026
Lumi Gruppen AS ("Lumi" or the "Company") refers to the ongoing process
regarding institutional accreditation for Oslo Nye Høyskole AS ("ONH"), a wholly
owned subsidiary of Lumi.
The Board of NOKUT (the Norwegian Agency for Quality Assurance in Education) has
today resolved not to grant ONH institutional accreditation.
As stated in the H2 2025 report, the Company's financial ambitions for 2026/27
are not dependent on institutional accreditation. ONH has demonstrated
consistent growth under its existing programme accreditations, and this
foundation remains unchanged. Institutional accreditation would, however, expand
ONH's addressable market and programme portfolio over time, and the Company
intends to continue pursuing it.
The Company is reviewing NOKUT's basis for its decision and will revert with any
material updates in accordance with its disclosure obligations.
