Oslo, 9 April 2026: Lytix Biopharma AS (the "Company") has granted 100,000 share options to primary insider Darlene Deptula-Hicks, a member of the Company's board of directors, under the Company's long-term incentive program, as approved by the extraordinary general meeting on 26 January 2026. &nbsp;Each option gives the right to acquire one share in the Company at an exercise price of NOK 9.94.
