<div class="abstract">Metacon has successfully completed subscription and received payment in the warrant program resolved by the Annual General Meeting on May 27. There has been great interest and the Board of Directors and management have chosen to subscribe for all warrants allocated&nbsp;to these groups.</div>The background is that the Annual General Meeting resolved to implement the incentive program presented by the Board of Directors. The subscription period for the warrants ran between 27-30 May, and payment has now been received for all subscribed warrants. The Board of Directors was allotted 8,000,000 warrants and the management 14,400,000 warrants - all of which have been subscribed. A high subscription rate was also obtained among other employees.
