<div class="abstract">Munters business area FoodTech takes the next step in its digital transformation by becoming the sole owner of MTech Systems following the completion of a previously announced transaction with minority shareholders.</div>MTech Systems has been part-owned by Munters since 2017. As previously communicated, the minority shareholders of MTech exercised their put option in January 2025. Subsequently, 80 percent of the transaction price was paid on 31 March 2025, with the remaining 20 percent expected to be paid during the first half of 2026. As a result of the transaction, Munters is now the sole owner of MTech Systems."MTech has been instrumental in advancing FoodTech's digital transformation, and we are pleased to now assume full ownership.
