OSLO/DÜSSELDORF - 18 December 2025 - Norwegian Block Exchange ASA (NBX) and
Docufi3d UG, trading as BlockSign, today announced the signing of a Memorandum
of Understanding (MoU) to explore a strategic cooperation aimed at creating a
significantly more cost-effective institutional-grade solution for digital asset
treasury management.
The intended cooperation seeks to combine BlockSign's platform for policy-driven
governance, multi-party approvals, and operations with NBX's regulated service
capabilities, including institutional custody, fiat on-/off-ramping, and
stablecoin-related services.
This strategic alignment is designed to address the market need for professional
governance in the digital asset space, allowing organizations to choose between
a non-custodial operating model and an optional third-party custody model
powered by NBX. A core objective is the creation of audit-ready reporting
outputs that support internal controls, oversight, and compliance, starting with
an initial focus on Cardano- and Bitcoin-related treasury workflows.

The Parties intend to pursue a fast execution approach, targeting an initial
pilot of the integrated solution as early as Q1 2026, subject to compliance
approvals and the execution of Definitive Agreements.
