Neobo Fastigheter AB (publ) divests the property Vikingen 13 in Helsingborg at an underlying property value of SEK 25.4 million.
The transaction was completed as a share deal, and the underlying property value of SEK 25.4 million is in line with the book value as of 30 June 2026. A deduction for deferred tax of SEK 0.4 million has been made. The buyer is Gustavssons Fastigheter and closing will take place in October 2026.
- We continue to optimize our property portfolio by divesting a small commercial property that is not strategic for us. The sale releases capital that will be used for investments with the aim of increasing Neobo's income from property management per share, says Ylva Sarby Westman, CEO of Neobo.
The property has a lettable area of 740 sq.m. Following the transaction, Neobo owns 21 properties in Helsingborg comprising 445 apartments and a total lettable area of 27,900 sq.m.
