Nidhogg Resources Holding AB (publ) (the "Company" or "Nidhogg") announces that on 23 June 2026, the Swedish Mining Inspectorate has granted an extension of the validity of the exploration permit Sellnäsfältet in Borlänge Municipality, Dalarna County. The licence is held by Nidhogg Resources AB ("NRAB"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Nidhogg.
Decision from the Mining Inspectorate:
The extension applies to the entire exploration permit and is based on previously completed geophysical surveys, geological mapping and sample collection in the area.
The extended permit complements the Company's existing permit portfolio in Bergslagen and is part of Nidhogg's continued exploration and development plans. Future work is planned with the aim of creating a basis for possible drilling and identification of ore bodies containing primarily Rare Earth Elements ("REE") and iron.
