NOD: First quarter results 2026

(Oslo, Norway - April 28, 2026) Nordic Semiconductor ASA reports revenue of USD
192 million for the first quarter 2026, an increase of 24% from the first
quarter 2025. Gross margin improved to 52% from 50% in the same quarter last
year. Reported EBITDA was USD 21 million and adjusted EBITDA USD 24 million,
compared to USD 15 million on both a reported and adjusted basis in the first
quarter last year.

The revenue growth reflects higher demand across both Short-range and Long-range
wireless technologies, across both Consumer and Industrial & Healthcare markets,
and among both large, key customers and the broad market. On a rolling 12 months
basis, revenue increased by 19% year-on-year to USD 705 million.

-We deliver solid revenue growth and improving financial results, as well as
very strong operational execution as we continue our important product renewal
program. We are expanding our addressable market with several new short-range
and long-range products, we are at the forefront of edge AI with innovative
hardware and software, and we are growing the lifecycle value of our portfolio
with new cloud solutions, says Vegard Wollan, CEO of Nordic Semiconductor.

Based on current customer orders and forecasts, Nordic expects revenue for the
second quarter 2026 of USD 200-220 million. The gross margin is expected above
50% also in the second quarter.

The revenue and margin developments continue to support Nordic's long-term
financial ambitions presented in 2024
