<div class="mfn-preamble"><p><strong>To the Annual General Meeting (AGM) on May 12, 2026, the Nomination Committee of Ependion AB has informed the company that it will be proposing following:</strong></p></div><div class="mfn-body"><ul><li>that the Board of Directors shall consist of six members.</li><li>re-election of Board members Peter Nilsson, Johan Wester, Karin Gunnarsson, Lars Eklöf, Jonas Hård and Per Allmér.</li><li>re-election of Peter Nilsson as Chairman of the Board.</li></ul><p>Shareholders representing some 65 percent of the share capital and voting rights of the company have reported that they will be supporting the Nomination Committee’s proposals.</p><p>The Nomination Committee's other proposals will be presented in the Notice Convening the AGM.</p><p>This year’s Nomination Committee members:</p><p>Anders Wassberg, Stena Adactum, Chairman of the Nomination Committee <br>Fredrik Carlsson, Svolder AB <br>Katarina Hammar, Nordea Fonder <br>Lovisa Runge, Fjärde AP-fonden <br>Peter Nilsson, Chairman of the Board, adjunct</p><p>The AGM of Ependion AB will be held on Tuesday, May 12, 2026, in Malmö.
