Sandvika 4 May 2026 (OSE: NORCO): The annual general meeting of Norconsult ASA was held today as a digital meeting with online participation.
All proposals on the agenda were adopted. Minutes of the meeting are attached to this release and available on investor.norconsult.com.
The general meeting approved distribution of a dividend of NOK 1.80 per share. The dividend is payable to shareholders holding shares in the company as per 4 May 2026. The shares will be traded ex-dividend on Euronext Oslo Stock Exchange from and including 5 May 2026. The dividend will be paid on or about 13 May 2026.
