OODA AI signs agreement of at least SEK 15 million with its partner WinRocks AG
OODA AI AB (publ) has entered into an agreement with its partner WinRocks AG regarding the development, delivery, and operation of an AI-based communications platform. The agreement includes a value of at least SEK 15 million and a variable compensation model under which OODA AI receives 15 percent revenue share on resale and usage of the service.
The platform includes functions for automated call handling, voice-based interaction, transcription, scheduling, order management, and integrations with the customer’s internal systems. Delivery is based on OODA AI’s existing infrastructure and application components as set out in the agreement.
This agreement concerns a new and separate project and is not connected to the existing agreements and deliveries that OODA AI has previously carried out together with WinRocks AG within Scheelen Institute and Relief AI.
The agreement has a term of 24 months with the possibility of extension in 12-month periods in accordance with the termination provisions.
