Panostaja's portfolio company Grano initiates change negotiations
Grano, a portfolio company of Panostaja Plc, will initiate change negotiations to renew its organization in line with the new strategy and to strengthen long-term competitiveness. All employees of the Grano Group are affected by the change negotiations. The planned structural and organizational changes are expected to bring annual cost savings of approximately 3 million euros.
Change negotiations will be initiated as a part of the implementation of the revised strategy. The goal of the revised strategy is to shift from a production-oriented operating model to a more customer-focused operating model. The negotiations will begin on 2 March 2026, and are expected to conclude at the end of March.
If the plans are realized, they could lead to the termination of employment for an estimated maximum of 45 people and changes to the terms of employment for 105 people. In addition, due to the current market environment, temporary layoffs of staff may be possible. The Grano Group employs 710 people.
